Kim Collard is a proud Wadjuk/Balladong man of the Noongar Nation.
Kim is a highly sought after consultant and facilitator with a reputation for delivering world-class outcomes for clients and has been the Director of his own consultancy firm, Kooya Consultancy for the past 20 years.
Kim is the Chairman of the Bibbulmun Fund, Founder and Executive Chairman of two other businesses: Kulbardi–Australia’s largest Aboriginal owned office supplies company and Kooya Australia Fleet Solutions–Australia’s only Aboriginal owned FleetManagement, Rental, Finance and Salary Packaging company.

Tony Walley has worked with Kooya Consultancy for many years as a senior facilitator, passionately changing attitudes and perceptions of First Nations people, culture and communities.
